- Just wanted to share the extremely positive experience with the Rob Lawrence Team who handled the sale of our West Chester home. We received a price of $88,000 over asking!! Over the last 27 years my husband and I have bought and sold many homes and investment properties and Rob Lawrence is the best realtor we have ever hired. He understands and executed a marketing plan to maximize the value of our home through his facebook page, personal contacts, and "coming soon" period. He created a professional video of our home using a professional photographer and drone footage. Most importantly, Rob understands how to negotiate a higher price during the 3 day period that our home was on the market. Most realtors will just "collect" the offers coming in but Rob was actively engaged with all of the potential buyer's realtors in negotiating the highest price. Once we signed an agreement of sale, the Rob Lawrence Team was very proactive in making sure a smooth settlement happened.
