One of the most important stats that matters for home sellers is selling homes above market price.  We price our homes at market price and acheive 3.1% above that on average!  This means $16,000 more in our clients pockets for choosing to work for us.  Our commission is basicaly free because of our performance!

 

On the buy side, we are always trying to find our clients good value.  Its important that they get their dream home at the right price.  On average, we help people buy 3.5% below list price.

 

This difference means that someone who buys and sells with us will have an extra $30,000 in their pocket.  There is skill involved in this game, and we are here to help you win!
